What About Sonia Sotomayor?

I don't like her, that's what I think. Every time I hear her name it comes with the fact that she is racist or in debt. I personally listened to her "Racist Speech" and really found nothing wrong. What she said was this

"I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion [as a judge] than a white male who hasn’t lived that life."

Now that by its self might sound slightly racist but really she means to say this.

"Because my experiences are different, thanks to being Latina, I shall reach different conclusions than my white male counterpart."

So I'm summing racism up to bad wording, now what about her terrible debt? I did a bit of research and came to find out she is in credit-card debt. I really don't get it, how is someone who can't pay for her credit card supposed to make some of the greatest decisions our country may have to face? Short answer: She can't.

Obama apparently has a knack for picking people that are terrible for our country and it actually makes me angry. As if her debt and "racism" aren't enough here are her views:

~In 2004 Sotomayor said "the right to possess a gun is clearly not a fundamental right".... Now I am in no way a gun's right activist (I'm actually pretty anti-guns) but really the 2nd Amendment says we have a right to bear arms..... maybe she thought that was the right to wear a tank top (Get it bare arms *snicker*)

~She has no views on abortion, and actually dodged questions about whether she was pro-life or pro-choice in her hearing thing-a-ma-widget. Now if she had any views on this controversial subject I'd be okay, but the lack of a view scares me.

Now let me diverge into the subject that will surely pop up somewhere: me being racist and sexist for disliking Judge Sotomayor. It's a lot like the Barack Obama argument: If you don't like Obama your racist, and if you didn't vote for Obama your stupid and not an independent thinker. The whole second argument of course has nothing to do with Sotomayor, but it needed saying.

Maybe the "Conservative Population" is being too rough on this debt-laden future Supreme Court Judge, are we? Please leave me comments with your thoughts!
